At the Complaints Committee on Telecom Television Services (CCTS), we are tasked with reviewing and resolving telecom and television complaints after interactions between customers and their service providers have failed to produce a satisfactory outcome. CCTS provides free and impartial services to clients across Canada.

Job profile:
Do you enjoy talking to people on the phone, providing information and solving professional problems? If this describes you, we have an exciting opportunity for you at CCTS! We are currently looking for a motivated, energetic and customer-focused representative to join our customer service team!

As part of our team, you will provide Canadians with world-class service primarily by phone and email. In a fast-paced and supportive environment, you will play an important role in our complaints handling process by ensuring our clients receive the service they deserve. The information you collect is also used to drive positive change in the telecommunications and television industries.

what you do:

  • Answer live calls and provide customers with requested information
  • reply to written communications
  • Review complaints to determine if they fall under the CCTS mandate
  • Ensure all customer contacts are accurately recorded and tracked in accordance with CCTS processes
  • You contribute to a positive work environment

What you bring:

  • bilingual – French/English spoken and written are highly recommended
  • At least 1 year of call center customer service experience
  • Good numeracy and keyboard skills, able to operate in a Windows-based environment
  • Experience working in a complaints handling environment is a plus
  • Previous telecom experience is an asset
