Scholarship Description:

The UFV International Excellence Entrance Scholarship is now open to postgraduate, postgraduate and international students in all disciplines, giving them the opportunity to continue their studies at the University of the Fraser Valley in Canada.

The University of the Fraser Valley offers outstanding, globally recognized degrees and exciting educational options that will support students in developing productive and successful careers. All students will experience an exceptional educational environment and be prepared to make significant contributions upon graduation.

Scholarship benefits:

• As part of the annual International Entrance Scholarship, the University of the Fraser Valley offers three awards totaling $30,000;
• Each successful candidate will receive a $10,000 scholarship to support their studies at the University during the 2021-2022 academic year.

Eligibility requirements:

• Excellent academic performance;
• Recent graduate with a minimum GPA of 3.5;
• Applicants for degree programs will be given preference;
• International visiting and exchange students are not considered eligible for this scholarship.

• Candidates must upload and complete the International Excellence Entrance Scholarship Application Form together with the necessary documents to international@ufv.ca. The subject line of their email should state “International Excellence Entrance Scholarship”.
• Candidates must be admitted to the University of the Fraser Valley in Canada prior to beginning the registration process.

• Two letters of recommendation from current professors;
• Evidence of extracurricular experience;
• Record after class.

Admission conditions:

Applicants must successfully meet the Canadian Grade 12 equivalent: Form 6 or 5 O-levels and at least two A-levels, as well as specific entry requirements for any professional, technical or academic programmes.

Language requirements:

In addition to the course and general conditions, candidates will also need to assess English language conditions before being admitted to the University of the Fraser Valley
